This Rojo Hatchanero is a combination of Red Hatch and Habanero peppers and has a great flavor and a good amount of heat. This sauce is really tasty and goes well on anything. I dig it! They fire roast their chiles to bring out the full flavor with a slight natural sweetness from the caramelization.
